Internships

Updated: March 3, 2022

At Ocean Mist Counseling and Wellness, we are a successful family run business seeking to expand our services provided to an under served population.

We are seeking full-time and part- time LPC and LMFT interns in Oregon who’s goals include doing the high level work they are passionate about with a team of collaborative, inclusive, and skilled practitioners. We require that our interns be Master’s level graduates in a counseling related field.

We are looking for mental health professionals who are comfortable working with a wide variety of clients, including children, and are open to seeing clients both in person and via Telehealth (either working from home or from our office space virtually).

If you think you would be a good fit for our private practice please Complete This Qustionnaire.

For the health and safety of our therapists and clients, Ocean Mist Counseling and Wellness plans to keep our entire practice Telehealth for as long as necessary to keep everyone safe. We have made a commitment to our licensed therapists that they will never be asked to return to the office before they are ready. This will be a Telehealth position until we re-open our offices.

Flexible hours are available. You set your schedule, and we will fill it for you!

We have developed a solid reputation as well as local professional relationships that have resulted in a steady stream of referrals. We do the work we feel passionate about, compensate our therapists fairly, and schedule flexibility for self-care, vacations, family time, and lifestyle choices.

Working with us gives you the opportunity to focus on your clients. We take care of all billing, credentialing, and scheduling. Clinical supervision is offered with this position at no cost to the intern.
