About Linda

Linda Paoluccio is a Licensed Professional Counselor providing confidential counseling and psychological services to adolescents and adults. 

Philosophy

Linda's style is nonjudgmental, authentic, and results-oriented with an emphasis on the body/mind/spirit connection. She comes with years of experience treating people who are dealing with addiction, life transitions, emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, and various psychological conditions. Linda specializes in providing support to individuals, caregivers, healers, and healthcare professionals who are experiencing compassion fatigue and/or symptoms of burnout. 

Linda's therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and additional holistic approaches to assist you on your path to improved quality of life. She will help you grow a deeper, more meaningful relationship with yourself and connect more effectively with others.

Linda's goal is to assist you in the creation of a healing plan that is specific to you and your individual needs. She will assist you in identifying your strengths and goals and help you to bring balance and fulfillment back into your life. 

Training and Experience

Linda has many years of counseling experience with specific training in EMDR, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Addiction Treatment. These modalities have taught her valuable skills to help assist individuals on the path to a better quality of life. 

As a cutting edge therapist, Linda's practice has grown not only through formal education and continued post-graduate learning, but through her own experience as a therapy client. Linda believes that you are capable of rediscovering your passion for the life you live and the work you do.
