Boundaries and Self-Love


🅱︎🅾︎🆄🅽🅳🅰︎🆁🅸🅴🆂 are vital for healthy relationships with self and others.


This is a juicy topic that comes up almost daily in the work I do with my clients.

Most people, including myself, have struggled with setting healthy boundaries. We tell ourselves so many fear-based stories about what will happen if we set boundaries with other people. The ones I listed are some of the most common ones that I hear.

The reality is, when we set healthy boundaries for ourselves, not only do we honor our Chakras🌈and the truth of who we are, we demonstrate self-respect and often gain respect from others in the process.

It’s been said that the only people who get upset about you setting boundaries are the ones who were benefiting from you having none. Read that again!
