Therapy, to me, is a collaborative and compassionate process that honors each person’s inherent worth, resilience, and capacity for growth. I believe that healing unfolds naturally when we allow ourselves to be who we truly are, rather than striving to become who we think we should be.
My role as a counselor is to create a space of safety, curiosity, and acceptance where clients can explore their authentic selves and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
I approach therapy from a secular, trauma-informed, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) perspective, integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and expressive modalities such as art therapy. I believe that our nervous system holds a natural ability to heal, given the right conditions of safety, compassion, and attunement. My background as a yoga instructor and my experience in 12-step recovery deeply inform this work, emphasizing the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
I value working with people who have felt oppressed, misunderstood, or underrepresented due to gender, orientation, identity, or alternative lifestyles. I am comfortable talking about topics that can feel sensitive or overlooked — such as sexual health, intimacy, and the transitions of perimenopause and midlife. I believe these experiences deserve space, curiosity, and respect, as they are natural parts of our emotional and physical evolution. We all deserve to be seen for who we are — without judgment or the need to explain ourselves.
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Oregon University and am a Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon. My license number is R11940.
I have experience providing individual and group therapy in community behavioral health settings, supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity exploration, and life transitions.
My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment theory, art and somatic therapies, and trauma-informed care. I use mindfulness-based and compassion-focused techniques to help clients regulate their nervous systems and deepen their connection to self.
Feedback from supervisors and mentors highlights my ability to create a calm, grounded, and authentic atmosphere where clients feel deeply heard. I’m intentional about pacing, silence, and reflection — creating space for clients to explore, process, and lead their own healing journey.

I’m a mother of one and a lifelong learner who finds joy in simple, mindful living. I love gardening, being outdoors, and connecting with nature’s quiet rhythms — tending to the earth often mirrors the healing work I witness in therapy.I’m trilingual, fluent in Russian, German, and English, and I bring a cross-cultural lens to my work that honors the diversity of human experience. My yoga, art, and recovery practices continue to ground me in compassion, presence, and humility — the same qualities I hope to nurture in my therapeutic relationships. When I’m not counseling or teaching yoga, you can often find me sketching, tending to my garden, or enjoying a peaceful moment surrounded by plants and sunlight, usually with my two cats nearby.
